In my early 30s, I discovered a love for running. Each step forward improved my physical and mental health - I was hooked. This passion soon led me to strength training - lifting, pushing, pulling and jumping to build muscular endurance and strength. It enhanced my running performance and helped me prevent and rehab injuries while diversifying my training and keeping me interested. With this approach, I’ve seen remarkable progress - most recently shaving 43 minutes off my marathon time.

I’m now a certified Level 2 Leader in Running Fitness and a Level 3 Personal Trainer in Letchworth Garden City. I bring my passion, knowledge and skills to others and help them reach their personal best.
