Pricing varies depending on the format and frequency of our sessions. This also varies via location. Please get in touch for a quote.
12. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Bookings are better value when purchased in bundles - please ask for a quote and I will talk you through all the options.
13. Can I train with you if I am a beginner?
Absolutely! I specialise in working with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We’ll start where you are and build up from there.
14. I am already fit and enjoy a sport such as running. Can we still train together? What will I gain?
100%. We all need to carry out some form of strength and conditioning work. But adding this to your current routine of swimming, cycling or running can make significant improvements to your performance and overall health. I am experienced in working with athletes and non-athletes alike.
