How will it work?
Your programme will be tailored according to your current goals and activity levels and, while it is important to try new things and push boundaries, your preferences. This will be established during our initial consultation and regularly reviewed.
Our sessions will typically consist of a warm up, a cardio-based workout, a strength-based workout and a cool down focusing on mobility.
If you’re already carrying out lots of cardio through an endurance sport like running, cycling or swimming, we might focus on building strength specific to your sport, focusing on areas of weakness that are most essential in improving your performance.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes long
We can train once or twice per week or more
We will train at Studio 180 in Letchworth Garden City - www.studio180.co.uk - a private personal training studio providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I now also train at North Herts Leisure Centre, also in Letchworth.
Step 1 – FREE consultation and taster
We’ll chat about what you’re hoping to achieve and cover some essential medical questions.
We’ll then head into the gym and carry out a taster session, demonstrating the type of workout you can expect.
Step 2 – Book
If you have enjoyed your taster, you can go ahead and book your sessions!
Step 3 – Track your progress and reach your goals
We will log your progress and keep track of your performance. This will establish your current ability and help us set (and smash) targets.
